Hip shimmying is one of the toughest moves I’ve found so far… I find it really tough to speed it up and then I find it tougher again to maintain it… :(
I wonder if I’m not isolating the muscles correctly and/or if I’m maybe too tense?
I’m not too worried - I’m still new to it and I’ll work it out, I’m sure .Just curious to hear what others have to say :)
SO! I’m wondering if there are any belly dancers who could give me some advice on hip shimmying? Or maybe tell me about their experience in learning how to do it?
