HAES

Although I truly believe that anyone can lose weight when they are ready to do the work that is involved, I do NOT believe that a person must be slender to be healthy and strong. And I definitely oppose all forms of body prejudice and body shaming. So I guess that makes me a supporter of HAES. Also, this poster kicks ass completely, because BELLY DANCING. 

I’ve seen a lot of HAES posters but I haven’t seen this one. YES! And I totally agree with the statement above.
